All measurements provided below are manufacturing measurements, and My Window will not make any deductions. For vertical blinds intended for a recessed or niche installation, we recommend a deduction of 10 mm from the total width for the best results.

Different types of vertical blinds offer varying degrees of blackout capability. However, please note that not all custom-made vertical blinds provide complete blackout, even if the fabric is classified as blackout. Light gaps may occur due to installation conditions, the distance of the blind from the window, or the placement of window handles.

The color palette goes far beyond just the colors of the rainbow. Therefore, it can be challenging to decide which colors to combine. A simple yet very tasteful way to avoid the hassle of matching several different colors while still daring to decorate with color is to go for a monochromatic interior. This means choosing a primary color to decorate with and allowing all or most interior details to be in another shade of that color. It’s also beautiful to have most of the items in a room in some tone of a specific color but also incorporate one or a couple of other hues, along with various materials like wood and brass.
