So it all began
At a Miss World competition in the USA during the 1980s, they had a pair of incredibly stylish and wide wooden blinds in the background. It was there and then that Mats Arkrot started our dream and our history, which was then known as Persienngruppen. Today, we are no longer just a wooden blind company; we have expanded our concept to encompass all window furnishings – and more.
My Window has evolved into a leading Swedish retail chain for window furnishings, delivering interior solutions for homes and businesses for over 40 years. Today, we have four showrooms in Stockholm City, Danderyd, Jönköping, and Gothenburg, as well as online commerce. We are part of an international network represented in several countries. Our management operates the company based on My Window’s concept, creating stylish design along with extensive experience, and meeting the needs of the local market. The foundation of My Window is a strong and positive entrepreneurial culture.
