Our most common questions

Who can purchase My Window's products?

We cater to both individual customers and businesses, regardless of the order quantity. If you are an individual and wish to get in touch with us, please contact our switchboard at: 08-5800 1860 (phone hours from 9 am to 5 pm) or email us at info@mywindow.se.

What is My Window's standard delivery time?

The normal delivery time is approximately 4-6 weeks. The delivery time is based on the product you choose, high or low season*, and whether you require installation assistance.

*The high season is from March to June & september-november

Do you have any products in stock?

Since all our products are customized to fit the customer’s unique requirements and are manufactured based on precise measurements, we do not have any standard products in stock.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

Starting from September 1, 2016, a 3-year warranty is applicable to all of My Window’s products. The 3-year warranty is valid for order confirmations with a registered print date from September 1, 2016, and onwards. For order confirmations with a registered print date before September 1, 2016, a 2-year warranty applies. The warranty is subject to the condition that the buyer has fulfilled their payment obligations towards the seller and can provide a receipt. Used products are not covered by the warranty.

I have measured myself, what is the easiest way to proceed with the order?

If you have measured yourself and would like a price estimate, you can easily visit one of our showrooms with the measurements. To help us get a clear understanding of how you want to use and install the product, it’s always helpful to have a picture of the area where the product will be placed.

If you’re unable to visit our showrooms, you can also email us at info@mywindow.se. Send us your thoughts and ideas, product requests, pictures of the desired product, a real image of where the product will be installed, and approximate height and width measurements for the product’s location. We will then provide you with an approximate price estimate and inspiration suggestions.

When placing an order, we offer our customers free measurement verification* before finalizing the order to ensure that the products are optimally tailored for the intended purpose.

*At present, measurement verification is available in the Stockholm, Jönköping and Gothenburg areas.

Do you offer home visits?

We offer free measurement verification and consultations* at the customer’s home as part of an approved quotation to ensure that the products are optimally tailored for the intended purpose. Measurement verification and home or business consultations are conducted during regular working hours: Weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays.

*At present, measurement verification and home consultations are available in the Stockholm, Jönköping and Gothenburg areas.

Do you also install the products?

We offer installation services in selected areas in Sweden. Please contact us at info@mywindow.se or call us at 08-5800 1860. (phone hours 10-15) for more information.

Do you have Saturday opening hours?

Our store on Karlavägen is open on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. However, it’s closed on weekends during July and August when the showroom is on holiday. You can find more information about our opening hours under ‘Showroom’
