Absolutely, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist you in ordering the right fabric for the correct curtain.

Is there a charge for a consultation ?

No, it´s free of charge.

Should I order curtains with wave or pleated tape?

It depends on the style you desire for the curtains. In brief, the Wave style creates large flowing waves of folds. The curtain will always maintain these flowing waves whether you draw it closed or to the sides. The pleated tape style, on the other hand, creates simple small pleats in your curtain (not large flowing waves). The curtain also hangs from the ceiling, which provides an elegant way to conceal the curtain rail.

Do you offer installation services?

Yes, and if you want to install it yourself, we have installation instructions on our website. Learn more about the installation here.

What's the difference between dimout and blackout?

Blackout is completely light-blocking, while dimout darkens up to 80 percent. In summary, blackout is excellent for hotels, while dimout works well for everything from lecture halls to offices or other public spaces that want natural light.

Can I return my curtains?

No, returns/cancellation rights do not apply to our custom-made products.

What is a hotel solution?

To achieve a hotel-like atmosphere in your room, it’s best to use two layers of curtains. We recommend one layer of a thicker curtain and one layer of a lighter curtain. The actual hotel curtain is recommended to be used as one of the lighter curtains.

Which fabric suppliers do you collaborate with?

My Window has a wide range of fabrics and works with various suppliers worldwide. In our fabric selection, we have fabrics from brands such as Kvadrat, Astrid, Ludvig Svensson, Designers Guild, Almedahls, Mimou, Vescom, and many more.

Measurements & Delivery

With us, you have the opportunity to customize your curtains, and we tailor them entirely to your preferences. It’s good to know that we don’t work with limiting standard sizes but customize the curtain based on your exact measurements provided during the order. The curtain also comes with a floor drop of approximately 20 mm. The custom-made curtain is equipped with a practical pleated tape for curtain hooks and a generous 7 + 7 cm lower hem for a beautiful drape.

“Please note that the specified width measurement refers to the width of the rail and the covering width of the curtain in question. My Window reserves the right to deliver curtains that may have a height difference of 5-10 mm from the specified measurements. The curtain may be joined together.”
